bio

Lindsay Iredale is a visual artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, she received a BFA in Printmaking from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2014. Iredale's paintings combine silkscreen and acrylic on wood panel, blending printmaking and painting techniques to create work at the intersection of design and fine art. With over ten years of experience as a professional screen printer in artist studios and print shops throughout New York City, she brings that technical knowledge directly into her paintings, referencing the medium through halftones, blends, and flat color.
